Carlingford
From Monday the 19th of February to Thursday the 22nd of February we went to Carlingford in Louth. I really enjoyed Carlingford and I thought it was a good experience. Carlingford is an outdoor centre with a lot of different activities to do. We done things like sky park, zip line, laser tag, a night walk, canoeing, and a lot of smaller activities that we spent less time at. During our time in Carlingford we had to walk to every activity and some were far away and by doing this I learned that I am a lot fitter than I expected to be.
Carlingford was a lot of fun and I enjoyed every activity but the two I enjoyed most were laser tag and the zip lines. In laser tag we were split into two different teams, blue and red, I was on the blue team. We played a few games against each other and my team lost 4-2. After that we played another game with a flag where we either had to defend the flag or capture the flag. I also really enjoyed the zip lines, at first the waiting to go onto each zip line was slow but after a while when we could get on them faster it got a lot better. The zip lines I enjoyed most were the high and long zip lines. The only thing I didn't enjoy about the zip lines was when I didn't make it the full way across and I had to pull myself up which hurt my hands. Overall I really enjoyed Carlingford and I would do something similar again.
